The developers Carlos M. Colón, Carlos M. Colón McFarland and engineer Ricardo Solá integrate the team of Mutual Development Service, Corp. of Puerto Rico.
Our team has great success qualifying, building and operating projects with the Puerto Rico Department of Housing, Puerto Rico Housing Finance Authority, the Federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program, the Home Program, Law 173, and the Project Based Section 8 Program. Since the completion of our first project in 1995 we have completed the construction of 644 apartment for rent geared to low income families and the elderly.
